Can Lasik and ICL be done at the same time, or does one have to be done before the other?

With today's ICL technology, there is really hardly any situation where doing both procedures would be needed. ICLs nowadays can correct astigmatism and very highly nearsighted prescriptions. But this didn't use to be the case.

There was a time when I would have to create a LASIK flap and then do the ICL procedure in a different room. The flap was for a later LASIK treatment for any astigmatism since at that time toric (astigmatism-correcting) ICLs were not available.
