Dr. Jeremy Chartash, O.D.

Dr. Chartash received his Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology degree from the University of Georgia in May, 2009, a Master in Public Health, Prevention Sciences degree from Georgia State University in August, 2012, and Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in May, 2016. His work experience began as an Ophthalmic Tech and progressed as a Student Extern with Clayton Eye Center and Omni Eye Services. He has provided optometric services at Walmart Vision Center and Woolfson Eye Institute.

Dr. Chartash was born in Washington, D.C., but grew up in Marietta, Georgia. He currently resides in Sandy Springs. He has been married for just over a year. They have two rescue dogs, who are very spoiled and get most of the attention at home. His hobbies are playing tennis, hiking, skiing, eating good new food, and exploring new places. He is also a big fan of Atlanta sports.
