Dr. Woodhams
He founded Woodhams Eye Clinic in 1983. He does thousands of Lasik and Intralasik procedures each year, as well as other vision correction procedures such as Visian® IMPLANTABLE CONTACT LENSES and Prelex LENS EXCHANGE. Dr. Trevor Woodhams is a former Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Emory University, certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, and a Fellow in the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
He participated in the world's first LASIK study in Bogotá, Colombia.
He was the first in Georgia to perform IntraLASE® LASIK blade free, all laser vision correction, the crystalens® implant for the treatment of presbyopia, and the first to perform the Visian® Implantable Contact Lens (ICL) and is distinguished as the country’s most experienced surgeon with the ICL .
Dr. Woodhams is actively involved in clinical research projects and FDA-monitored clinical studies.
